Mr. Rugeti is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has practiced in the field of forensic accounting for over 20 years and has testified as an expert witness in federal and state courts and arbitration. Known for objective analysis, Ken is frequently retained by both sides to a case, either as a stipulated neutral or under Court-appointment as a §730 Expert or Referee. He brings a broad base of experience to his work, having helped clients ranging from individuals to multinational corporations. Ken takes pride in his work, viewing his role as an educator of judges and juries tasked with making important decisions about financial and accounting controversies. He is currently serving as Chair of the Economic Damages Section of CalCPA and as a member of the AICPA Forensic and Litigation Services Committee and CalCPA Forensic Services Section Steering Committee.
